Montblanc expands its luxury retail space

Rustan’s, a luxury brand destination superstore recently unveiled the new Montblanc store concept, with its newly renovated layout. The first in Southeast Asia, Montblanc Rustan’s Makati has attracted a loyal following of clients with its pioneering spirit, upholding tradition, excellence in craftsmanship in its luxurious pens and watches, and passion for innovation. “As Montblanc evolves, it is only expected that their retail presence also reflects their new direction,” said Anton Huang, SSI Group Inc. president.

With a palette of black, white, and wood, designer Noe Duchaufour-Lawrance created a space that is pure and its uncluttered aesthetic makes it a retail environment that encourages its customers to stay in. From a 78-sqm. floor plan,  Montblanc has grown to 110-sqm. luxury retail space. It now offers a larger selection of writing instruments, leather goods,and timepieces.  “Rustan’s is constantly planning improvements for our stores, to make them even stronger luxury brand destinations,” says Michael Huang, VP for Store Planning and Expansions.

Montblanc recently introduced its latest collection for Unicef. It aims to improve learning condition for over five million children around the world by providing quality learning material and better education. For every piece of Montblanc for Unicef Collection sold from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018, Montblanc will donate three percent of the proceeds to support UNICEF and its literary projects, with a minimum amount of $1.5 million guaranteed by Montblanc. Patrons can still avail of the classics, Meisterstuck, Miles Davis,and the William Shakespeare collection.
