TV when it’s on, Art when it’s off

Samsung revolutionizes home entertainment yet again by introducing the era of lifestyle TVs. After making waves early this year with its QLED TV’s superior color image and quality, the tech giant redefines television with the launch of Samsung The Frame, a design-oriented TV that transforms any room into an upscale art gallery.

As with the brand’s previous TV models, Samsung The Frame offers premium Ultra-High Definition display. More than the outstanding detail and picture quality, The Frame delivers more than what is expected by becoming a breathtaking work of art when not in use. Its display goes into full Art Mode, allowing you to display pieces from the Samsung Collection, a built-in library of over 100 exclusive works by prestigious global artists and photographers commissioned and handpicked by the label.

Choose from different categories–wildlife, landscapes, drawings, digital art, still life and more– according to your preference to bring more personality and museum-quality art into your space.

Not only does The Frame serve as a unique lifestyle TV, it also gives consumers the power and flexibility to curate and experience beautiful art at home via partnerships with world-famous artists, galleries, and museums. Through the Art Store, you can easily browse paintings from different parts of the globe.  View exquisite photography from the galleries of LUMAS and Magnum Photos, or decorate your living room with a piece from the Prado Museum, home to one of the greatest public collections of paintings in the world. Other partners are Albertina, Artspace, Saatchi Art, and S Edition.

You can also opt to showcase your world through The Frame. It introduces a great way to cherish moments that matter through the My Collection feature where you can upload photos of family and friends. Customize them with a variety of layouts and filters using your smartphone. The Frame will then display these photos as if they were printed.

The Frame also has the Brightness Sensor feature allowing  the screen to seamlessly adjust to ambient lighting so that you get to see the incredible texture of the art being displayed, giving it an appearance of a picture frame on the wall. With this improved lighting, photos and artworks on screen truly blends into any space. The Motion Sensor turns off the display when no one is the room, saving energy for the TV.

Adapting to any home aesthetic, The Frame is designed to look beautiful from any angle at any moment. The Frame achieves this with the No Gap Wall Mount that positions the TV flush against the wall and the Invisible Connection Cable that ensures a sleek and clean setup.
