Malaysia Airlines officially opened its new ticket office in Makati yesterday to provide enhanced services to its customers, as well as to give more focus to widening its distribution channels.
“Our new ticket office space shall improve our sales operations as we devise a more structured approach in handling the needs of our travelling customers. We look forward to welcoming more passengers in our new location,” said Malaysia Airlines Regional Manager, Yuzrizal Mohd Yousuf.
For the relocation, Malaysia’s flag carrier has appointed Global Air Service as its exclusive Passenger Sales Agent (PSA) partner. “With our expertise as a leading PSA in the country, we remain committed to delivering the same level of service customers expect from Malaysia Airlines,” shares Global Air Service Vice President for Sales & Marketing, Ramon Magno.
Malaysia Airlines flies three times daily from Manila to Kuala Lumpur with seamless connecting flights to over 50 cities covering South East Asia, North Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Australasia and Europe.
The new Reservation and Ticketing office is located at GF SGVII, 6758 Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
