Developer unveils latest prime offering

Sanerra will offer 340 premiere house and lot units, priced at P1.7 million to P2.9 million.

Property developer Ovialand has unveiled Sannera, its latest affordable premier development in San Pablo, Laguna.

This 5.2-hectare property will offer 340 premiere house and lot units, priced at P1.7 million to P2.9 million. It will feature a swimming pool and club house facility, similar to what is being offered at Ovialand’s Terrazza de Sto. Tomas development in Batangas.

Sannera—which features a tropical modern Asian design—is also allocating 55 percent of the area for open spaces and lush greenery.

“We are bringing this development in San Pablo City to offer affordable premiere living for the more discerning market in the area. We want to promote ‘resort living’ in this residential community since Laguna is known for its hot spring resorts,” explained Fatima Olivares-Vital, business unit head of Ovialand.

Through this offering, Ovialand is giving Filipinos the chance to not just own an affordable home with premier qualities, but also to invest their hard-earned money in a property, whose values are seen to increase over time.

Ovialand chose San Pablo City for its latest project as it saw Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon) as a resolute region enjoying strong growth.

“Cities like San Pablo are experiencing strong economic activity. There is a new generation of successful businessmen, overseas Filipino workers, and professionals from the area who are seeking the premier lifestyle they deserve while they strive daily for success,” Vital said.

“That is the added value that we are giving them, aside from the value-for-money investment. We also want to make sure that they can sit and relax while enjoying their wise investment,” she concluded.
