To cap 2017 wedding fair season, Themes & Motifs will announce the winner of its Half-A-Million Grand Raffle promo for soon-to-weds in Asia’s Biggest Wedding Fair, Wedding Expo Philippines (WedExpoPhil) on Sept. 9 and 10.
