Local celebrities have caught the Hallyu bug, among them Bea Alonzo.
The actress is particularly enamored with Korean actor Gong Yoo, known for his movie “Train To Busan” and TV drama “Goblin.”
Like many girls, Bea finds the Korean actor handsome.
“’Yung mga PAs (personal assistants) ko din sobrang fans sila ni Gong Yoo. I find him a very, very good actor at gwapo,” she said.
Both Bea and Gong Yoo endorse Asus’ ZenFone 4 Series.
“Nakakatuwa siyempre we’re both endorsing a good product and sana one day makasama ko siya sa isang online short film series. I hope and pray that will happen,” the actress said.
Bea saw Gong Yoo’s zombie movie but she has yet to see a full episode of “Goblin.”
And what will she do if she meets Gong Yoo?
“Kung mami-meet ko na finally si Gong Yoo, sana ma-capture ko iyon on film,” she said.
For those who want to capture good selfies, Bea has sound advice.
“Mataas ’yung angle para maganda ang jawline natin. Find a place that has a good lighting. When in doubt, suck your cheeks. Always feel good, always feel beautiful.”
Think before you click
Being a celebrity, Bea knows her responsibility, especially when posting stuff on social media.
“If hindi ako sigurado sa ipo-post ko or kung magpo-post ako dahil lang galit ako or may sudden urge to post something because of anger, hindi ko na lang gagawin. I think before I post. There’s a huge responsibility if you have lots of followers lalo na kapag mas bata kasi they look up to you. Ayaw mo naman sila bigyan ng maling impluwensiya,” she said.
As Asus’ endorser, Bea will be doing a series of webisodes.
“It’s about second chances. Hindi naman siya dramatic. It is not like what I usually do sa mga teleseryes or sa Star Cinema movies. This one is different because I worked with a younger team also and as I said kanina sa stage, non-actor ’yung leading man ko sa online short film wala siyang acting background. He it not even a model. So, he gave a raw take doon sa character which I enjoyed so much also.”
