Brand new graphic cards based on NVIDIA’s new hotness

NVIDIA released a new GPU recently, and like clockwork its partners are announcing their own take on it. Taiwanese manufacturer ASUS has announced not one, not two but three new cards that use the new GTX 1070 Ti GPU. The ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, ASUS Turbo GeForce GTX 1070 Ti and the ASUS Cerberus GeForce GTX 1070 Ti might all use the same GPU, but they’re aimed at different segments of the gaming population.

ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1070 Ti

The ROG Strix GTX 1070 Ti is the card to get if you’re a hardcore gamer. This particular GPU has boosted clock speeds of up to 1721MHz in OC mode for the standard edition and up to 1759MHz for the advanced edition. It also has ASUS’ MaxContact cooling tech, as well as ASUS’ Aura Sync RGB lighting and IP5X certified dust-resistant fans.

Turbo GeForce GTX 1070 Ti

The two other GTX 1070 Ti cards have been engineered by ASUS for maximum reliability. The ASUS Turbo GeForce GTX 1070 Ti has dual-bearing fans for up to 2X longer card lifespan. The ASUS Cerberus GeForce GTX 1070 Ti on the other hand has been engineered with the best compatibility for gaming, with extensive checks being done for the latest titles. ASUS has also carried out reliability trials that include a 144-hour diskless-system test and 3DMark benchmarking under heavy loading for 15X longer than industry standards.

Cerberus GeForce GTX 1070 Ti

Right now ASUS PH has announced the availability of just the top-tier ROG Strix GTX 1070 Ti, which will be available in two SKUs: the ROG-STRIX-GTX1070TI-A8G-GAMING priced at Php 33,110 and the ROG-STRIX-GTX1070TI-8G-GAMING priced at a slightly lower Php 31,970.
