A community that fosters active, healthy life

As summer starts to fade, still, families chill at shopping malls and troop to beaches and mountain hideaways. Yet, some people like staying closer to home, enjoying days with people they love and having a healthy, active lifestyle in the comforts of their own community.

This is how summer came to life for the homeowners of Amaia Land, when the latter launched a series of exciting events geared to make the most out of the fun season.

TRECE ZUMBATHON. Amaia Scapes Trece homeowners exercise while having fun as they join a Zumbathon activity organized by Amaia Land.

Residents and people from neighboring communities happily participated in Amaia’s various activities that included a basketball clinic in Amaia Steps Novaliches; a basketball league in Amaia Scapes Bauan; Zumbathon in Amaia Scapes Trece Martires and Amaia Steps Altaraza; a car show weekend in Amaia Steps Sucat; and Air Race in Amaia Steps Nuvali.

Families and barkadas gleefuly participated in Easter Egg Hunts in Amaia North Luzon projects. Some savored a poolside barbecue in Amaia Skies Cubao, an Acoustic Evening in Amaia Steps Pasig, and a Baga Manila event in Amaia Steps Bicutan.

All these outdoor activities were made possible by Amaia Land’s tree-lined spine roads and patio greens that make the communities cool and comfortable despite the oppressive heat. Its first-class features and amenities like clubhouses, basketball courts, swimming pools and play areas likewise boost its wellness factor.

Nikie Lingad, Amaia Land’s Project Development head, reiterated that the series of activities in summer was just one of Amaia’s many commitments to its homeowners, foremost of which is the completion and delivery of affordable and quality homes.
