Right in the heart of Davao City, the three-hectare Verdon Parc has been added to the city’s panoramic landscape.  It is a development by DMCI Homes.

Alfredo Austria, DMCI president, led the inauguration of the clubhouse last May 20. He also led the turnover of units to the first batch of homeowners of mid-rise Martel condo units that were completed as scheduled.

Verdon Park clubhouse inauguration was attended by, from left: DMCI Homes senior manager for Ebrokers and International Bernard Umali, AVP for Marketing Jan Venturanza, AVP for project development Dennis Yap, SVP for sales Florante Ofrecio, Davao City Councilors Jesus Joseph Zozobrado III and Maria Belen Acosta, DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria, HLURB Southern Mindanao Regional Director Atty. Roberto Mouro Miguel Palma Gil and Registry of Deeds Davao Regional Director Atty. Maria Theresa Pescadera.

Austria said that the developer’s value proposition is that they always make sure the investors get the value of money stressing that “if we cannot offer something better, we might as well not do it.”

He was referring to land developers who have their eyes on this fast growing city with a population of 1,632,291.  The city posted a 63 percent investment growth after its former mayor Rodrigo Duterte became the country’s president.

“For individuals who are looking where to put their hard-earned money, Verdon Parc is an ideal choice because when we launch a product, we offer the best value,” he said.

Aside from the mid-rise Martel, three high rise towers – Belvedere, Trevans, and Maurin – are now being constructed.  All towers have lounges designed to provide a perfect setting for appreciating the scenic and serene surroundings of Davao City.

Verdon Parc is a three-hectare community, with one hectare allotted to lush greeneries. Amenities are complete with lap pool, kiddie pool and swimming pools.

It also has a state-of-the-art clubhouse, open lounge, audio visual room, snack bar, fitness gym and a roof deck where one can view the sea, Samal Island, the city panorama and the majestic Mt. Apo.

For health buffs, Verdon Parc also has useful amenities such as covered basketball court, play court, and an outdoor fitness area where residents can jog trough the stretch of the park.

There is no need to travel far to relax especially after a tiring day at work because there is an open green space where residents can enjoy and bond with family members and friends.

Verdon Parc is located at Ecoland Drive. It is near important places like malls, schools, hospitals, government institutions and public utility terminals that can be reached in minutes.

DMCI Homes infused innovations and features in its developments to ensure the well-being of dwellers.

To prevent “sick building syndrome,” the condo developments have garden atriums located after every five floors offering more breathing space. It has sky patios – three-storey high openings in buildings that allow light and air to flow freely through the building.

These openings form the Lumiventt design which gives residents the luxury of natural airflow and lighting to also save on electricity bills.

The developer is confident in its projects that it gives a two-year limited warranty on its works. It also provides 100 percent power back-up in case of power loss.

Verdon Parc is DMCI Homes’ first development in Davao. It is designed to provide a resort-inspired community. The developer has a proven track-record as a quadruple A builder-developer that continuously innovates for the well-being of homeowners.
